The sequencing is built around a specific area of focus that leads up to ‘peak’ poses. Forrest Yoga emphasizes engaging the core and building those muscles. Through practicing long holds and strong postures, Forrest yoga challenges you to test your ‘edges’ in order to create a sense of freedom. This class is taught in a warm environment.
