Complete Practice

This class is a 90min teacher's choice. Enjoy a variety your instructor may teach anywhere from a slow Hatha flow, a power core flow, or Forrest class. This will be a complete practice, and satisfy your drive for yoga.

Flow

Flow class contains a series of poses that are linked together thoughtfully to create a harmonious movement. These classes will focus on strengthening and gaining flexibility throughout the body while creating mindfulness.

Forrest Fusion

In this 90 min class you will combine elements of Forrest Yoga with a beautiful vinyasa flow.

Forrest Yoga

This class is structured around long ‘holds’, rather than moving quickly through the poses, so that you can warm up your muscles and adjoining tissues. The sequencing is built around a specific area of focus that leads up to ‘peak’ poses. Forrest Yoga emphasizes engaging the core and building those muscles. Through practicing long holds and strong postures, Forrest yoga challenges you to test your ‘edges’ in order to create a sense of freedom. This class is taught in a warm environment.

Forrest Inspired Yoga

Forrest Yoga is a slow-paced vinyasa practice featuring pranayama, core work, and long poses held in a heated room. If you're looking to increase your strength and stamina, release tension and stress, improve your breathing, reconnect to your body, and build a personal healing practice, Forrest Yoga is a great choice. It is unlike other styles of yoga you have done, but you will recognize elements of other yoga styles within the system.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle is a great place to begin your yoga practice. With the assistance of props, poses are modified to fit your needs and ability. Subtle transitions are employed so students are given the space to ease into yoga Poses. With this gentle approach, it is a perfect class for those experiencing muscle or joint pain from aging, injury, or exercise. You can expect to work on breathing exercises, core work, deep stretching, overall balance, and increasing strength.

HOT 60

This is a 60 min hot class for all levels of Yogi's. Based on the Bikram style it builds a solid foundation for all practices of yoga. Your teacher will give you detailed instruction that  will lead you through your practice with an emphasis on breathing to help slow down the heart rate and calm the mind. Drinking water before and after class is key to the benefits and enjoyment of your practice.

Hot Flow

This class is best suited to someone who is familiar with yoga and is comfortable working in a hot room (104 degrees). This is a Vinyasa practice where a series of poses are linked together and may or may not be repeated. This is a high energy practice and music is played to help enhance the enjoyment of moving through the poses.

Hot Flow – Instructor’s Choice

This is for students prepared to perform in the Hot room (104 degrees). This is a Flow class where the pattern of movement is chosen by the instructor. It follows a familiar flow routine, but includes elements of diversity within the practice.
