Basics is great for those looking to work on foundational poses and advancing their practice. This is a beginner level class that requires a moderate amount of physical movement. This class is more advanced than beginner yoga & gentle yoga. Expect to move and strengthen your body! In this class, you can expect to build your confidence, your strength, flexibility, endurance as well as breath work. This class is a step up from beginner as you build into a more challenging intermediate practice.

Each week we will focus on the technical form of each of the different groups: forward folds, backbends, twists and side bends. This class is a 90min teacher's choice. Enjoy a variety your instructor may teach anywhere from a slow Hatha flow, a power core flow, or Forrest class. This will be a complete practice, and satisfy your drive for yoga.
Flow class contains a series of poses that are linked together thoughtfully to create a harmonious movement. These classes will focus on strengthening and gaining flexibility throughout the body while creating mindfulness.
In this 90 min class you will combine elements of Forrest Yoga with a beautiful vinyasa flow.
This class is structured around long ‘holds’, rather than moving quickly through the poses, so that you can warm up your muscles and adjoining tissues. The sequencing is built around a specific area of focus that leads up to ‘peak’ poses. Forrest Yoga emphasizes engaging the core and building those muscles. Through practicing long holds and strong postures, Forrest yoga challenges you to test your ‘edges’ in order to create a sense of freedom. This class is taught in a warm environment.
Forrest Yoga is a slow-paced vinyasa practice featuring pranayama, core work, and long poses held in a heated room. If you're looking to increase your strength and stamina, release tension and stress, improve your breathing, reconnect to your body, and build a personal healing practice, Forrest Yoga is a great choice. It is unlike other styles of yoga you have done, but you will recognize elements of other yoga styles within the system.
Gentle is a great place to begin your yoga practice. With the assistance of props, poses are modified to fit your needs and ability. Subtle transitions are employed so students are given the space to ease into yoga Poses. With this gentle approach, it is a perfect class for those experiencing muscle or joint pain from aging, injury, or exercise. You can expect to work on breathing exercises, core work, deep stretching, overall balance, and increasing strength.
This is a 60 min hot class for all levels of Yogi's. Based on the Bikram style it builds a solid foundation for all practices of yoga. Your teacher will give you detailed instruction that will lead you through your practice with an emphasis on breathing to help slow down the heart rate and calm the mind. Drinking water before and after class is key to the benefits and enjoyment of your practice.
This class is best suited to someone who is familiar with yoga and is comfortable working in a hot room (104 degrees). This is a Vinyasa practice where a series of poses are linked together and may or may not be repeated. This is a high energy practice and music is played to help enhance the enjoyment of moving through the poses.
This is for students prepared to perform in the Hot room (104 degrees). This is a Flow class where the pattern of movement is chosen by the instructor. It follows a familiar flow routine, but includes elements of diversity within the practice.
Yogalates in the Hot Room at 104 degrees! Yoga Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. This fusion between yoga and pilates will have your core strong!

Pilates Mat work originated before the creation of any pilates equipment. or “machines” used in the practice today and includes over 500 exercises that can be practiced anywhere. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.
This class is for intermediate aerial students. This class is not suitable for beginners, prerequisites required.
Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness or the yoga of the mind. Its roots are in Hathaway and Raja Yoga. This class will go through Kriyas, which are a sequence of exercises that are done for a specific period of time and repetitions in order to activate and balance energy centers by hormone production.

This is a form of yoga in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This is a step up from beginner for those looking to further their practice of flow yoga.
The practice of Yin Yoga is for all levels. This is a slower paced style of yoga, poses are held 2-5 minutes,generally sitting or lying on a mat and often with the use of props (blocks, bolsters, blankets). Holding poses longer is helpful for building flexibility and joint mobility.
