Basics is great for those looking to work on foundational poses and advancing their practice. This is a beginner level class that requires a moderate amount of physical movement. This class is more advanced than beginner yoga & gentle yoga. Expect to move and strengthen your body! In this class, you can expect to build your confidence, your strength, flexibility, endurance as well as breath work. This class is a step up from beginner as you build into a more challenging intermediate practice.

If you're nervous or not sure where to start, this is the class for you. Each week we will focus on the technical form of each of the different groups: forward folds, backbends, twists and side bends. The purpose of this class is to introduce you to the principles of yoga so that you are comfortable joining any of our classes with confidence and joy.
