Basics

Basics is great for those looking to work on foundational poses and advancing their practice. This is a beginner level class that requires a moderate amount of physical movement. This class is more advanced than beginner yoga & gentle yoga. Expect to move and strengthen your body! In this class, you can expect to build your confidence, your strength, flexibility, endurance as well as breath work. This class is a step up from beginner as you build into a more challenging intermediate practice.

Beginner Yoga

Join this class to build a solid foundation to grow your yoga practice. You will learn safe alignment principles and modifications tailored for you. If you're nervous or not sure where to start, this is the class for you. Each week we will focus on the technical form of each of the different groups: forward folds, backbends, twists and side bends. The purpose of this class is to introduce you to the principles of yoga so that you are comfortable joining any of our classes with confidence and joy.

Community Gentle Class

This is a free community class. This class is gentle in nature, and perfect for any skill level. Come join your community and practice yoga with no cost.

Community Yoga Flow

Community Yoga is free to all! No need to have a membership at Alpine, just sign up, and enjoy your class.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is often called the yoga of awareness or the yoga of the mind. Its roots are in Hathaway and Raja Yoga. This class will go through Kriyas, which are a sequence of exercises that are done for a specific period of time and repetitions in order to activate and balance energy centers by hormone production.

Meditation Group for Beginners

This meditation class is designed for you to come explore the practice of meditation in a group setting.

Roll & Release

Roll and release using different lacrosse ball rolling techniques to loosen deep knots and tightly held tension. We'll roll high tension areas of the body and you'll walk out of this experience feeling as though you have just had a deep tissue massage. The  perfect midday delight to carry you through your day with ease and peace.

Spiritual Vinyasa

Spiritual Vinyasa Yoga combines the physical flow of vinyasa yoga with practices that emphasize spiritual growth, inner awareness, and connection to a higher self or universal energy. It integrates movement, breath, and mindfulness with philosophical teachings, meditation, and intention setting to create a holistic experience for the body, mind, and spirit.

Sunrise Yoga 

Sunrise Yoga is a Gentle Unheated Yoga class that will awaken your body, mind & spirit for the day ahead. When you practice yoga in the morning, you allow your body to wake up naturally. The gentle movement stimulates your circulation and blood flow - without caffeine! Stretching postures loosen muscles after sleep and make them supple. Plus, studies have confirmed that yoga can lower cortisol levels. When you practice yoga regularly, you train your body to better regulate the release of this stress hormone. Yoga at the beginning of the day also allows you to consciously feel inside yourself and formulate desires, needs and goals.

The Serenity Hour

In this class Delaney Maberry, will take us on a journey through mindful movement, breath, aromatherapy and guided visualization, to a place of calm, peaceful tranquility. This is a perfect reset for the soul. Go through the journey of connecting mind and body with this mindful practice to relieve stress, tension, and worry. Invite in tranquility, ease, and gratitude through this incredible class led by Delaney. This class is suitable for everyone, no prior yoga experience required! 

Vinyasa Flow

This is a form of yoga in which the practitioner moves dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath. This is a step up from beginner for those looking to further their practice of flow yoga.

Yin 

The practice of Yin Yoga is for all levels. This is a slower paced style of yoga, poses are held 2-5 minutes,generally sitting or lying on a mat and often with the use of props (blocks, bolsters, blankets). Holding poses longer is helpful for building flexibility and joint mobility.
