We always set goals at the beginning of the year, especially reguarding health and fitness. But how many of us find difficulties sticking to our goals?

Nikko Gokool is an experienced certified Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist working with weight management patients.

In this workshop, Nikko will give you the Blueprints for Reaching Your Goals. You will receive knowledge on the science of exercise, tips on how to manage obstacles, and more. There is a 45 minute presentation, a 45 minute circuit training for strength endurance followed by a Q&A where you can get a head start on your goals, or a bit of guidance if youve already started and feel that you are “falling off.”

Nikko’s goal this year is to help YOU reach yours!
