We offer a fresh approach to yoga and wellness that will help you make a positive lifestyle change regardless of your yoga experience.  Everyone is welcome, and you are invited to try one of our yoga classes.

Alpine Yoga in Conroe, Texas is a unique yoga studio where our main focus is practicing yoga.  We also offer complementary services to help you focus on your inner self to reduce stress and achieve balance and joy in your life. Our innovative approach to providing a relaxing and holistically rejuvenating experience will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.



Yoga is for everyBODY! Our bodies are similar but unique, and poses don’t feel the same, or look the same, in everybody. Therefore, how we move into and out of poses should be unique as well. The instructor will lead you through an aligned practice offering modifications and variations that allow you to own your practice. This is a fun all-levels class that is vigorous, yet sustainable. Modifications and variations will be offered, so you can fill your practice with what your body needs.

A quiet, slow, supported practice in which floor postures are held for longer periods of time. We will use specialized poses to open up the “yin tissues” of the body (joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia) with the goal of increasing range of motion, maximizing healthy circulation, decreasing stress, and improving flexibility. As you will see, these reasons are why so many students find a yin practice the perfect partner to their more movement-based activities. All levels are welcome.

A well balanced gentle vinyasa class which aims to create a tranquil environment where students are encouraged to mindfully move with the rhythm of their own breath. Variations will be presented for those wishing to go deeper and also for those who are just beginning to feel comfortable in the practice of yoga. Skillful assists and the use of props will help students get the most benefits from their practice. Students of all levels and experience are welcome.

A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath,e and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

A practice designed to restore the nervous system – teaching the body and mind to slow down. Restorative yoga helps release deeply held tensions from the body and mind through the use of props to support the postures and allow your body to relax. This class is very mellow, making it a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
