Alpine Yoga in Conroe & The Woodlands, TX offers Yoga Classes perfect for Beginners and Advanced Yoga Students! We have a Yoga Class For Every Body.
EveryBODY is unique, and so it is your yoga. To help you make progress in your practice, regardless of your yoga experience, we offer a wide variety of styles. Everyone is welcome, and you are invited to try one of our yoga classes.

Beginner-Friendly Classes
Beginner-friendly classes are designed for those who have had little exposure to yoga. The teacher provides slow-paced directions and details to let the student become familiar with fundamental yoga poses and the connection with the breath. You don’t have to be flexible or have any previous experience to join a yoga class; you just have to show up. These classes will suit you if you’re new to yoga or an experienced student who wants to revisit the basics and explore ways to deepen your practice. Students of all levels and experience are welcome.

Intermediate-Friendly Classes
Intermediate-friendly classes are designed for students who have familiarity with the fundamental yoga postures and have begun to explore the relationship between breath and movement. Visit our Conroe studio on N Farm to Market Rd, and watch for the upcoming Woodlands location!

Advanced Yoga Classes
In advanced classes, you may approach advancing asana and transitions in class, but most importantly, you are the advanced practitioner. It means that you know yourself and how to make the best out of the class – you know when to modify a pose using props or take a particular variation, when to take a rest, and when to ask questions.

There is a reason that this yoga studio gets such high marks. It really is that good. I am a beginner who just likes stretching and gentle poses; there are multiple classes that I can take and I feel safe (no injuries) with every instructor there. But they can handle the very experienced practitioners, too. Their prices are reasonable and have package deals which suits me.
I’ve been going to Alpine Yoga for over 6 weeks now, and I absolutely love it! The instructors, especially Morgan, Annie Camp, and Eryn, are all so full of joy, which is something I have really been needing at this time in my life. They have a wide variety of classes. I suggest doing the 2 week trial and finding the classes that work best for you. For me, that is Basics and Forrest. I highly recommend Alpine Yoga.
